The position is highly adaptable and provides the opportunity to liaise with senior stakeholders across client businesses to execute on their own specific requirements.The key areas of responsibility for a Project Manager include:Project ManagementStakeholder ManagementWhat You'll Do:Project ManagementDeploy a wide range of solutions, ranging from infrastructure migrations through to data platforms and custom application developmentCoordinate the delivery of end-to-end projects in line with agile methodologiesProactively identify and suggest improvements to templates, policies, tools and partnerships to support Qodea's continued growthApply Qodea's high quality standards across all projects and areas of work, taking accountability for delivering projects in rapid timescales and within challenging budgets, consistently achieving the target marginAssist our colleagues in Sales to produce high quality statements of work that minimise risk during deliveryAptitude at working in agile environments, as well as coordinating internal teams against external demands while reacting appropriately to dynamic circumstancesStakeholder ManagementEngage with clients and partners to build and develop strong relationshipsCoordinate key internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects to meet the company's business objectivesTracking the impact your work has on your individual stakeholders, while maximising transparency and accountabilityDocument and present to both internal and external stakeholders making the delivery approach, progress and project health clear.
