Project Manager (Regional)

Our client, the largest coffee chain in Malaysia, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead strategic, transformational, and improvement initiatives across the organization. This role partners closely with the COO to drive operational excellence, enhance business efficiency, and implement innovative systems that support long-term growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage strategic and change projects across departments to improve processes and performance.Define and implement standardized project management frameworks and best practices.Engage stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and accountability throughout project lifecycles.Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support executive decision-making.Facilitate effective communication between the COO and internal teams.Oversee and develop a small team, ensuring high standards of delivery and collaboration.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field.4–7 years of experience in business management, project or change management, or strategic operations.Proven track record in managing cross-functional or transformation projects.Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Consulting, retail, or manufacturing optimization experience is an advantage.Professional certifications in Project Management, Agile, or Design Thinking preferred.Personal Attributes:Confident, collaborative, and empathetic leader with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.Excellent communicator with the ability to influence, facilitate workshops, and manage conflict effectively.Resilient, adaptable, and capable of driving change in a fast-paced environment.
