Job DescriptionDrive the planning, execution, and closing of special projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectivesFacilitate cross-market collaboration, communication and strategic initiatives implementation between Regional teams and local marketsManage transformation projects across multiple departments, working in tandem with key stakeholders to achieve project objectivesLead the preparation of project status reports, including progress, issues, and risksDevelop comprehensive change management plans that include communication, risks mitigation, and stakeholder engagement strategiesAnalyse key business performance indicators and innovate or re-engineer processes based on industry best practices and our acceleratorsSupervise and lead project teams by providing direction, motivation, and supportRequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or any related fieldPrior experience in a management consulting firm will be an added advantageAt least 3 years of relevant experience in medium to large-scale project management and deliverySubstantial exposure to the consumer technology sector or marketing function will be an added advantageOutstanding problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsExcellent communication and project management expertiseAbility to thrive in a dynamic work environment
