Project Manager – ICI (Ground-Up)$120,000 – $140,000 + Bonus + BenefitsLocation: GTA / OntarioOur client, a reputable ICI General Contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial, institutional, and industrial projects from pre-construction through closeout.Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle ICI projects ($5M–$50M+)Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost controlLead subcontractor tendering and contract negotiationsMaintain project schedules and financial forecastsManage client relationships and site teamsEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budgetQualifications:5+ years of Project Management experience in ICI constructionProven experience delivering ground-up projectsStrong financial management and leadership skillsProficiency in MS Project (Primavera an asset)Excellent communication and organizational skillsIf you’re looking to join a stable, growing contractor with a strong pipeline of work, we’d love to connect.
