Project Manager (Relocation to Cyprus)

In this position, you will be working with a team that consists of: 6 developers, 2 analysts and 3 QA Engineers. This position combines project management with business analysis with a strong focus on prioritization.Responsibilities:Project & Delivery ManagementEnsuring alignment with business goals and long-term strategyCollaborate closely with stakeholders to refine requirements and define prioritiesHelp the team stay focused, remove blockers, and create an environment where they can do their best workLead both business-driven initiatives and migration projects from legacy to new platforms and technologiesManage and prioritize the product backlog, maintaining a clear roadmap and vision for the projectFacilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, retrospectivesWork closely with other Backend and Frontend teams to coordinate dependencies and deliver end-to-end solutionsTeam collaboration & Process OptimizationSupport hiring, onboarding, and team capacity planningDrive continuous process improvement across all development processesEnsure transparency of team work, drive visibility of planning and delivery progressRequirements:Strong experience delivering complex software projects in a cross-functional environmentExcellent skills in prioritization, stakeholder management, and expectation settingA mindset focused on outcomes, not output - you help the team achieve real impact, not just close tasksStrong communication skills and a leadership style based on empathy, clarity, and collaborationFluent in English, Russian is a plusAbility to foresee challenges, manage risks, and guide the team toward stable, predictable resultsAbility to balance business needs with technical constraints, making decisions quickly and wiselyOur benefits:Excellent compensation packageMedical insuranceProvident fundIn-house gym with a personal trainerFree daily lunch catering, snacks, and beveragesCompany discount card for various products & services21 days of annual leave and 10 days of sick leave annuallyShuttle bus service from LimassolBirthday giftRelocation bonus and visa/work permit support
