About The RoleWe are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Project Manager / Project Engineer to oversee 20-30 concurrent custom vehicle restoration and engineering projects. This role requires strong organizational discipline, analytical skill, and the ability to translate complex workflows into clear visual updates for leadership and clients.You will coordinate timelines, budgets, and vendor deliverables across multiple stages of restoration, ensuring every project progresses efficiently through the pipeline and meets world-class quality standards.ResponsibilitiesManage 20-30 simultaneous custom restoration projects from disassembly to delivery. Build, maintain, and present visual dashboards (Gantt charts, trackers, progress visuals) showing project status, timelines, and risk points. Oversee vendor coordination — manage schedules, material deliveries, and service outputs. Track and forecast project costs, identify variances early, and provide accurate financial projections. Maintain detailed PM tools and databases to track milestones, dependencies, and documentation. Coordinate between Germany and U.S. teams on production updates, logistics, and reporting. Manage QC and warranty workflows, ensuring issue documentation and resolution tracking. Generate weekly progress summaries and milestone reviews for leadership. RequirementsProven experience managing 20+ active projects with competing priorities. Mastery of project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent). Strong data visualization and reporting abilities using Excel, Sheets, or BI tools. Vendor and cost management experience, including forecasting and reconciliation. Comfortable developing custom tracking tools and workflow systems independently. Fluent in English; German language skills strongly preferred.
