Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to support and drive key strategic initiatives that impact multiple departments and contribute directly to organizational growth. This role oversees the full project management lifecycle — from planning and execution to delivery — ensuring all projects align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Up to 10% travel may be required.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the full lifecycle of multiple moderately complex projects, from initiation through completion.Develop, communicate, and maintain project plans, defining goals, roles, timelines, and deliverables while adhering to established project management frameworks.Manage project budgets — tracking, forecasting, and adjusting as needed to maintain financial alignment.Serve as a mentor and resource to Associate Project Managers, offering guidance on best practices and lifecycle management.Conduct research and provide analytical support to project sponsors to ensure stakeholder alignment and organizational buy-in.Coordinate team logistics, including meeting scheduling, minutes, action item tracking, and follow-ups.Build and maintain strong relationships across departments and internal stakeholders to promote effective collaboration.Manage expectations and communications among project sponsors, internal teams, and external vendors.Continuously monitor project progress and proactively follow up to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.Apply effective conflict management techniques to identify, address, and resolve issues that may impact project success.Define, track, and report on project success metrics to evaluate performance and outcomes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Communications, or a related field (preferred).2–4 years of experience in a business, consulting, or analytical role; experience in engineering, finance, management, or information systems is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Visio.Experience using project management software — SmartSheet strongly preferred.Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.PMP certification or equivalent professional credential is a plus.
