You’ll act as the bridge between internal teams, stakeholders, and clients—ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and client satisfaction.This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and making a tangible impact in a high-growth FinTech setting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full project lifecycle—from initiation through to delivery, testing, and post-implementation support.Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Client Success.Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.Serve as the main client contact, providing clear communication, progress updates, and proactive issue resolution.Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.Collaborate with Product teams to relay client feedback and support product enhancement.Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.Skills & Experience5+ years’ experience in project management within a FinTech, SaaS, or Financial Services environment.Proven experience delivering cloud-based software solutions to enterprise clients.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.Experience working in Agile or hybrid project management environments.Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is an advantage.What’s on OfferCompetitive salary and performance-related bonus.Hybrid working model (office in central London).Opportunity to join a scaling FinTech at the forefront of innovation.Collaborative, inclusive, and high-energy culture.Career growth and exposure to major financial institutions and global clients.Please apply now to find out more!
