Project Manager

Our client, an acclaimed design studio, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join a small interdisciplinary team of designers, coders, and strategists. You’ll serve as the “quarterback” for a dynamic creative studio—leading projects, managing client relationships, and supporting new business opportunities.What You’ll DoServe as the main client contact across multiple accounts, ensuring clear communication and smooth project delivery.Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and operations for a busy creative team.Oversee projects from kickoff to completion, coordinating strategy, creative, and production phases.Lead discovery and strategy efforts, including stakeholder interviews and presentation materials.Support new business efforts—scoping projects, preparing proposals, and identifying growth opportunities.Track revenue, profitability, and project performance in partnership with leadership and finance teams.What We’re Looking For4–6+ years of project management experience in a design studio, agency, or creative environment.Strong communication, organization, and client management skills.Comfort managing multiple deadlines and priorities with ease.Experience or interest in branding and data visualization.Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack; Figma and Pitch a plus.Benefits$110K–$120K salary range + discretionary annual bonusComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage401(k) and profit sharingFlexible PTO and generous parental leaveIn-person, 4 days/week in our NYC studioEqual Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer and a member of E-Verify.
