Your ResponsibilitiesAs Project Manager you will integrate our department for new installations. In your role you will focus on our big projects such as a shopping center, a hospital, stations and more. Within your team, based in Drogenbos, you will play a key position in successfully delivering a project to our client.Project Administration & Budgeting:Manage the administrative aspects of large-scale new installation projects (e.g. shopping centers, hospitals, stations).Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and timely reporting.Handle material ordering and coordination with internal departments.Client Communication:Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure client expectations are met through structured communication and follow-up.Internal Collaboration:Work closely with the Project Coordinator responsible for on-site execution and technical teams.Ensure smooth coordination between departments such as procurement and finance.Support the implementation of safe and compliant solutions in collaboration with field teams.Process & Structure:Maintain structure and clarity during high-pressure periods.Ensure documentation and project tracking are up to date and aligned with Schindler standards.We Elevate...
