Salary: INR 25,00,000 - 28,00,000 / yearResponsibilityOwn and manage the lifecycle of title launches from multiple regions.Ensure timely delivery of assets while keeping projects on track with predetermined launch dates.Track dependencies, predict risks, and mitigate potential issues proactively.Partner with internal teams (Technology, Engineering, Partnerships, Quality Control) and external vendors.Drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure seamless operational execution.Guide tooling, workflow, and vendor needs to scale operations effectively.Eligibility2 years of experience.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Experience contributing to scalable initiatives with clear business impact.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Analytical and innovative mindset with a passion for operations.(*Note: This is a requirement for one of Scout's clients)Skills: project management,analytical thinking,stakeholder management
