Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Luxury Retail & Hospitality – LondonThis is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing project management firm delivering some of Europe’s most prestigious luxury retail and hospitality projects.Our client partners with iconic designer brands and global fashion houses, managing the creation of flagship stores, high-end boutiques, and landmark hospitality spaces across London, Paris, Milan, and other major cities.If you’re a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager looking to work on high-profile, complex fit-out projects for international clients, this role offers genuine ownership, strong client visibility, and the chance to deliver exceptional spaces for world-leading brands.The RoleAs Project Manager, you’ll lead projects from concept through completion, acting as the key client representative. You’ll oversee multiple stakeholders — from designers and contractors to brand and operations teams — ensuring every space is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Define project strategies, scope, and success criteria with clients.Lead design coordination, procurement, and construction delivery.Manage risk, programme, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.Chair meetings, prepare progress reports, and oversee contract administration (JCT / NEC).Build and maintain strong client and consultant relationships.Mentor junior staff and contribute to company growth and delivery excellence.About YouYou’ll have proven experience managing high-end fit-out or refurbishment projects — ideally within the luxury retail or hospitality sectors — and a confident approach to working with international clients and consultants.Requirements:Proven track record delivering fit-out projects £5m+.Experience in luxury retail, hotel, or hospitality environments is Essential.Strong leadership and client management skills.Confident with drawings, architecture, interiors, and millwork.Fluent English; working proficiency in Italian or French desirable but not essential.Experience with international clients and diverse cultures preferred.Comfortable managing contractors/subcontractors on site.Sound understanding of cost and risk management fundamentals.Culture & ValuesOur client values collaboration, accountability, and ingenuity.
