We partner with brands and agencies across Canada to deliver high-quality, engaging brand experiences.About the Role:We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and can lead multiple projects from concept to completion. You’ll collaborate with our Operations, Warehousing, and Production teams—and work closely with our VP, Client Partnerships—to bring ideas to life on time and on budget.Experience with Asana (or similar PM tools) is a strong asset, as we use digital project management to keep our team and clients aligned.What You’ll Do:Plan, manage, and execute trade show and experiential marketing projects.Build timelines, track tasks, and manage budgets using Asana or similar software.Oversee logistics, fabrication, and on-site execution.Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.Monitor budgets, manage purchase orders, and reconcile project costs.What You Bring:3+ years of project management experience in tradeshows, event production, or fabrication.Strong multitasking and organizational skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in project management software (Asana experience is a plus).Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.Why SEQUOIA:Creative, collaborative work environment.Exciting projects with national brands.Competitive salary and benefits.✨ If you’re a results-driven project manager who loves bringing experiences to life — we’d love to hear from you.
