Unlike traditional approaches, you will take ownership of orders from initiation to completion, eliminating handoffs between departments to enhance the overall customer experience. This role requires effective communication, project management skills, and a deep understanding of telecommunications services.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services.Coordinate with internal and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.Regularly communicate with customers, providing clear and consistent updates throughout the entire delivery life cycleHandle tasks such as ordering Internet Circuits, managing Hosted VoIP projects, and overseeing number porting processes.Document dependencies and priorities clearly for efficient project execution.Utilize hands-on delivery experience to drive successful outcomes for each project.Demonstrate expertise in SDWAN Implementation, VoIP porting, and Internet circuit ordering with various carriers.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years experience in the telecommunications industryMinimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project ManagementHands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with carriersAbility to document dependencies and priorities clearly Proficient in effectively managing third-party resourcesWhy you'll love life at Command|LinkJoin us at CommandLink, where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of business communication.
