DescriptionThe primary role of the Project Manager is to work closely with customers to drive thesuccessful delivery of IT projects.The Project Manager will facilitate the management of scope for the customer’srequirements, plan implementations and deliver to the planned scope and budget, based onServiceNow platform. You will be part of the ServiceNow Competence Center, alongsidefunctional and technical ServiceNow specialists and have prior experience regardingServiceNow project delivery.About the Candidate• Are you keen to finetune your PM skills and learn new skills?• Do you have good organizational skills and the capacity to lead?• Do you have the ‘Can do’ attitude to deliver project successfully?• Is sustainability high on your priority list?Key responsibilities• Lead project delivery from beginning to end;• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals incollaboration with management and stakeholders;• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documentsfollowing the company’s standard;• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changeswhere necessary as per defined process;• Ensure that project meets its deliverables in agreed schedule, as per the scope,within stipulated budget and as per the quality standards;• Effectively communicate project expectations to team lead and stakeholders in atimely and clear fashion;• Ensures project or service scope and deliverables are defined and agreed with allrelevant parties;• Liaise with clients and IT Teams on an ongoing basis;• Diagnoses and evaluates potential risks and issues throughout the project andexecutes appropriate plans to mitigate them. Reports regularly to the Team Leadand Stakeholders on appropriate governance boards .• Adhere to company defined standards & governance concerning IT project delivery,including mandatory Project management documentation deliverablesKnowledge and Skills• 5 + years relevant experience with project management• Experience in delivery of ServiceNow based projects. This can be on variousproducts: ITSM, SPM, CMDB, Discovery, HR, GRC, SecOps or other.• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow based project & capabilitydelivery• Strong affinity with IT and its complexity• Experience within Public Sector and public procurement• Recognizes and applies our Core Values: Professionalism, Respect, Entrepreneurship,Corporation and Leadership• Demonstrated “can do” work ethic coupled with effective time management andability to overcome ambiguously or under-defined problems• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodology and SAFe (Essentials)• Experience in applying PM² project management methodology• Possesses the ability to communicate, present and produce documentation onvarious levels for differing audiences• Proficient in Dutch or French (preferably both Dutch and French), and English.Conformity Criteria• Can work onsite 2 days in Belgium• Experience in usage of PM² project management methodology• Experience as Project Manager in projects implying public procurement• At least 5 years experience as Project Manager on ServiceNow implementationprojects for multiple ServiceNow products.
