If you are looking for a new challenge and would like to take part in international projects within a multinational IT firm, this is your opportunity!At NTT DATA, we are looking for an Project Manager to join our fast-growing team to work in our projects for the European Institutions within the Public Sector unit.Job PurposeAs a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams (e.g., business analysts, policy experts, operations, communications, and IT specialists) to deliver projects and programmes for European institutions and other public-sector clients.You will ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in line with agreed objectives and quality standards. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the overall management of the project, ensuring the quality of the delivery and the daily management of the client. You will also contribute to the business development of the unit by leading tender responses and coordinating the different delivery units.Your responsibilities will include:Managing a portfolio of projects within a clientLead the project teamCreating project plans & monitoring project plan executionEnsuring quality of the projectsDelivering projects on time, in scope and in budgetManaging design principles, business requirements gathering and alignment with the client and project scopeManaging project risks, issues and dependenciesParticipating in business development activities, leading proposals preparation or contributing in specific elements.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in consulting for public sectorKnowledge about the European Institutions ecosystem and an interest in developing a career in an International Organisations ecosystemProven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in the public sector or similarly regulated environmentsExcellent communication skills in English; the ability to tailor messages for technical and non-technical audiences.
