Job DescriptionMain RoleLead and manage Business Development–related projects to support ShopeePay’s growth and product expansion.Ensure smooth execution, alignment across teams, and measurable business impact through data-driven project management and process improvement.TasksManage end-to-end stakeholder coordination, project rollout, and execution for BD-related initiatives.Lead multiple projects simultaneously with clear timelines, measurable results, and proactive risk management.Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for process or product improvement for merchants and BD operations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders (BD, Operations, Product, Marketing, Merchant Ops) to ensure project success.Develop project concepts, action plans, and progress reports; flag risks or issues early.Create and maintain professional presentations and reports to communicate project status and outcomes.Document, track, and continuously improve project workflows and best practices.RequirementsBachelor's degree from top tier university. Experience in project management, business operations, or business development.Preferably experienced in Fintech or E-Commerce sectors.Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Google Slides.Excellent project coordination and presentation skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.Team player with strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
