Join us in creating the cloud platforms that drive the energy transition for commercial mobility worldwide.About the RoleYou’ll steer the creation and delivery of intelligent charging and energy management platforms used worldwide. This is your opportunity to combine strong project leadership with shaping the digital backbone of e-mobility.ResponsibilitiesLead End-to-End Projects – Manage planning, execution, and delivery across all phases of our digital platform projects.Coordinate Daily Operations – Prioritize tasks, align stakeholders, and foster collaboration across diverse teams and departments.Develop Robust Project Plans – Define timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation with transparent documentation.Anticipate & Mitigate Risks – Identify potential challenges early, manage scope changes, and keep projects on track.Foster Team Collaboration – Inspire, coach, and empower cross-functional teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Engage External Partners – Collaborate with suppliers and software vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.Ensure High Quality Standards – Implement and monitor quality processes aligned with Siemens’ global benchmarks.Shape Strategic Roadmaps – Work with senior stakeholders to define the next generation of digital charging and energy solutions. QualificationsEducation: Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent technical background.Experience: 10+ years of project management experience in software-driven, technically complex environments. Required SkillsCloud Expertise: Proven success in leading cloud-based development projects for monitoring, control, or energy management platforms.Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to guide diverse teams, communicate effectively, and build alignment across all levels.Technical Standards: Familiarity with OCPP, OCPI, and VDV261 communication standards.Project Methodologies: Skilled in Agile, Scrum, Prince2, Lean, or IPM methodologies.Tool Proficiency: Experienced in MS Project or similar tools for managing multiple timelines and dependencies.Language Skills: Fluent in English; Dutch or German is an advantage.
