We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.Ensures adherence to agreed PM guidelines and operation standards on behalf of PMO Head or PMO Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of assigned medical device projects.Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and resources aligned with business and regulatory requirements.Manage project schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, ensuring compliance.Coordinate cross-functional teams (Logistics, Regulatory, Clinical, etc.) to align project deliverables.Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies as needed.Track project budgets, financials, and ensure timely reporting to management.Ensure all project documentation meets regulatory, quality, and audit readiness standardsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives.Act as escalation point for project-related issues, ensuring quick resolution.QualificationsProven experience managing projects in the medical device or related regulated industry.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.Familiarity with medical device development lifecycle.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Strong analytical and risk management abilities.Who we are: We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
