Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to orchestrate the end-to-end implementation of a Source-to-Pay (S2P) solution, under the supervision of the Project Lead. The role involves close collaboration with many groups across the company, including procurement, finance, IT, business teams and Legal. It also requires close interactions with external vendors to ensure the successful deployment of the new solution. The ideal candidate will have a good background in source-to-contract (S2C) and procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, implementation projects, and change management.________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Coordinate the implementation of the S2P platform• Define deliverables, timelines and resources (both internal, external) in collaboration with project stakeholders.• Execute the project plan, monitor progress, escalate issues, and ensure corrective actions are taken in a timely manner• Provide Project reporting and communications to ensure continuous alignment with business goals and project timeline• Coordinate internal teams involved and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery.• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.• Support business process mapping, and system design sessions.• Manage project risks (security, resources, quality), escalating any issue(s) to Project Lead and proposing solution(s) when appropriate.• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure integration of the S2P solution with ERP system and other related applications.• Ensure smooth user adoption and transition to the new system.________________________________________Qualifications Required:• Proven experience coordinating the implementation of a Source-to-Pay solution• 5+ years of project management experience in procurement or finance transformation projects.• Good understanding of S2P processes including sourcing, contract management, supplier onboarding, vendors risk management, purchasing, invoicing, and good/services receipts.• Familiarity with ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Workday…).• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.• Experience working with teams across multiple time zones.• Problem-solving oriented• Results driven, with a focus on delivering on time, within budget and meeting quality standards.• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities• Strong attention to details
