You’ll experience a close-knit, collaborative culture where colleagues across sales, product, and development come together to deliver great results.Lead Complex IT Projects with Many StakeholdersWe’re at an exciting stage, embedding a stronger commercial mindset into our project management approach - and this is where you come in.As Project Manager, you’ll typically lead several projects at a time, ensuring alignment from kickoff to delivery while balancing scope, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. You will:Engage in pre-sales and proposal work as project leadDefine scope, work breakdown, budgets, timelines, staffing, and risksDrive customer meetings at both project management and steering committee levelsCoordinate with internal consultants and external partners to set the right teamCollaborate cross-functionally with other departments to secure successful deliveryWhat You BringYou’re a confident communicator who sets a clear direction, thinks ahead, and adapts to change. You’re comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels - from project teams to C-level executives - and you know how to combine leadership with collaboration.We expect you to have:Proven experience in customer-facing roles (must-have)Hands-on involvement in proposal and pre-sales stages (must-have)Fluent English (must-have)German or French fluency (a plus)3+ years of project management experience delivering large IT projectsSolid grounding in project management methodology (ideally certified: PRINCE2, IPMA, or PMI)A university degree (bachelor’s or master’s)Experience in international stakeholder managementStrong understanding of IT project dynamics across technology, organization, and finance Help Us Empower Storytellers Across the GlobeStibo DX is the global leader in digital transformation for media enterprises.
