Project Manager (Structured Cabling)

We are looking for a Project Manager to join us in Sweden, either working on a 3&1 rotation from abroad or on normal full-time hours if you're living locally.Yu will play a key role in supporting the delivery of an IT infrastructure project in a hyperscale data centre. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure that all project activities are carried out to the highest standard. Join us and become part of a forward-thinking team committed to innovation and excellenceKey Responsibilities:Support the full life cycle of multiple projects, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on siteMaintain high standards of Health & SafetyInterpret project documentation (proposals, blueprints, and specifications) to determine labour, materials, and scheduling requirementsCoordinate closely with the Contracts Manager, providing regular progress updates and escalating issues as neededManage client expectations by handling RFIs, addressing exceptions, and ensuring all deliverables meet the defined scope and quality benchmarksConduct continuous risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and budgetsLead regular team meetings to address project updates and employee-related mattersUse project management tools to track project scope, cost, and schedule, ensuring that changes are documented and communicated effectivelyWork alongside the Commercial Department to monitor project profitability and ensure long-term sustainabilityCarry out performance reviews and support employee development in line with company policyPerform other related duties as required by the roleEssential Requirements:Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within structured cabling, IT infrastructure, or a related fieldStrong verbal, written, and organizational communication skillsAbility to lead technically proficient teams, foster a collaborative work environment and deliver under pressure and tight deadlinesRight to work in the EU is essentialWillingness to travel between project sites in Germany as neededHold all relevant site safety training to allow you on site in GermanyExperience with MS Office suite (especially Excel) and a range of Project Management/Planning toolsCET Connect is an equal opportunities employer.
