About The Project Manager (Systems) RoleWe’re looking for a Project Manager (Systems) candidate to bring strong project leadership capabilities and experience to lead in systems delivery and integration in high-availability, safety-critical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the overall management and coordination of the projectLead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with contract requirements, timelines, and compliance standardsCoordinate across internal teams, external stakeholders, and other third-party vendorsOversee project planning and execution, including budgeting, hiring, partner sourcing, and management of vendors and contractorsManage project scope, schedules, resources, risk, and quality control activitiesEnsure robust documentation, change management, and configuration control throughout the project lifecycleLead progress reporting, stakeholder communication, and governance reviewsDrive issue resolution and proactively mitigate risks across technical and operational domainsEnsure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., Company standards, Contract specifications, cybersecurity requirements, operational safety standards)Accountable for smooth planning, execution & timely delivery of projects and on all project aspects of design, development, delivery, installation, integration testing, implementation and maintenance.RequirementsPossess strong project management and leadership abilities, good communication skills and excellent problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplineProfessional Management Professional CertificationMinimum 8 years of experience in project management in large-scale systems projectsProven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder systems integration projectsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsSound understanding of technical documentation and systems architectureHave managed at least one implementation using Agile project management methodologyPreferred QualificationsBackground in managing vendor contracts and subcontractor coordinationFamiliarity with cybersecurity requirements for critical infrastructure systemsExperience in coordinating teams from multiple locations/ countries for project deliveryUnderstanding of software systems lifecycle, including design, development, integration, testing, and commissioning
