T5 excels at building large scale data center projects for company operational use and also partnering with Fortune 500 companies for customized projects. In addition, we continue to expand general contracting business and operate in 24 states (and growing). We need high quality individuals who are looking to grow with a company and be a leader in the future.Facilitate project meetings with design, construction and commissioning firmsManage T5 budgets and schedules Feasibility studies and cash flow managementOn site management of data center projectsInteraction with power and fiber companiesExecutive level reportingInterface with customers to ensure critical infrastructure integrityInterface with T5 operations teamBusiness developmentQualificationsMust be proficient in: Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and CAD/VisioIndividual must be driven, hardworking and dedicated, requiredExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, requiredAn energetic self-starter with a “can do/whatever it takes” attitude who can perform under pressure, work successfully on tight deadlines and identify and resolve problems as they arise, requiredOpen to frequent travelEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required4+ years Project Management experience, requiredConstruction industry experience, preferredData Center experience, preferredAdditional InformationBenefitsPer Diem if travelingBonus eligible Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k w/ matchPTO and Paid HolidaysPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
