Their platform enables leading AI labs and enterprises to source, evaluate, and deploy expert talent into AI training workflows at scale.They are growing rapidly and are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support cross-functional product and engineering initiatives.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution across product and engineering teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to real product development in a fast-paced startup environment.You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Operations teams to help ensure projects are well-scoped, tracked clearly, and delivered on time.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project planning and execution across product and engineering teamsBreak down requirements into actionable tasks and maintain sprint boards and backlogsTrack deadlines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely deliveryDocument project decisions, updates, and action itemsIdentify blockers early and escalate appropriatelyCoordinate meetings, stand-ups, and sprint ceremoniesMaintain project dashboards and reporting for leadership visibilityHelp ensure alignment between product, design, and engineering teamsRequired Qualifications0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related rolesStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication in EnglishAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detailComfort operating in fast-moving environmentsProactive mindset with strong ownership mentalityFamiliarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologiesExperience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, monday.com, or SlackPreferred QualificationsExperience in a startup, product, or engineering environmentBasic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)Interest in AI, SaaS, or technology products
