Project Manager - Change & Enablement – 9-Month Contract | Day rate $700-750| Remote across Aus Talent Insights are partnered with a leading global technology company to find a Project Manager (Change and Enablement) to join their Team Anywhere program on an initial 9-month contract.This is a client-facing role supporting transformation initiatives across enablement, onboarding, and customer innovation. You’ll help design and deliver frameworks that empower clients to pilot and scale new ways of working.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage enablement and implementation plans for customer programsSupport experimentation and innovation frameworks, helping clients pilot new approaches before scalingWork directly with customer teams to drive adoption, engagement, and onboarding successCollaborate daily with internal stakeholders and cross-functional project teamsTrack project milestones, risks, and outcomes to ensure smooth delivery.Required Experience:5–7 years’ experience in change management, enablement, or onboarding rolesBackground in consulting or technology environments (experience with large tech or enterprise clients ideal)Familiarity with Atlassian products and general data or experimentation modelsKnowledge of Prosci or other recognised project management frameworksStrong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skillsIf interested, please apply via the link.
