We currently have several permanent roles available at our offices in Johannesburg (Sandton) and Durban (Umhlanga), working for incredible international companies.We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our client projects. This is a hands-on role where you'll own the end-to-end project lifecycle- from initial setup and resource allocation through to successful delivery and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesProject AdministrationSet up new projects in Asana with complete structure, including tasks, owners and timelinesCreate and schedule project-related meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are alignedTrack and review team time in Toggle, ensuring accurate project and task allocationMaintain comprehensive project documentation and keep all systems up to dateAttend project meetings and capture detailed notes and action itemsProject EnablementTaking on the operational and administrative workloadEnsure day-to-day project activities run smoothly and proactively remove blockersMonitor project plans continuously, ensuring tasks are current and following up on delays or missing updatesLead internal meetings when required, keeping teams informed and alignedAssign incoming client emails and requests to the correct project and team member in AsanaMaintain structure, consistency, and organisation across all project workflowsCustomer SuccessMonitor the team/company inbox for client communications and ensure timely responsesRoute client requests to the appropriate project and communicate internally as neededEnsure clients' needs are captured accurately within Asana and addressed promptlySupport overall client satisfaction by helping the team stay organised, responsive and on trackWhat We're Looking ForEssential:Proven experience in project management and coordination, project administration, or a similar operational roleExpert-level proficiency with Asana (or similar project management tools)Strong experience with time tracking tools (Toggle or equivalent)Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environmentProactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and removes obstaclesCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to client satisfactionDesirable:Familiarity with agile or other project management methodologiesPrevious customer success or client-facing experienceAbility to facilitate meetings and capture actionable insightsWhat You'll BringA natural coordinator who thrives on bringing order to complexitySomeone who doesn't wait to be told-you see what needs doing and do itA team player who makes everyone else's job easierStrong follow-through and accountabilityCalm under pressure with excellent time management skillsA genuine interest in helping clients succeedWhere and how you can work:Office Location:To be successful, you'll need to:✅ Work on-site from our office✅ Be willing to work non-traditional local office hours.✅ Be excited about a global opportunity with an international company.✅ Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.We make hiring decisions based on your experience, skills and passion, as well as how you can enhance our clients' businesses and their culture.
