TCS' proactive stance on climate change and award-winning work with communities across the world have earned it a place in leading sustainability indices such as the MSCI Global Sustainability Index and the FTSE4Good Emerging Index.Job Description:Key Accountabilities:Lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing of the projectIdentify project tasks and resource requirements working with the project teamPlan, schedule, and manage project timelines, dependencies, and milestones through the use of a project planIdentify, assemble and coordinate project resourcesPrepare and manage project budgetUses various project management tools and software applications to proactively track, monitor and control project deliverablesManages the triple constraint (time vs. scope vs. cost)Prioritize and delegate project tasks, providing timely direction and support to project team on a day to day basisProactively manage project risks, including the identification of mitigation strategiesPerforms project reporting & communications (Including weekly status updates and/or Exec Steering Committee meetings)Challenges performance gaps of project team members and provides coaching/mentoring supportFacilitate meetings and design workshops, testing activities, and post go live support keeping a keen eye on qualityQualifications:5 - 8 years proven experience in a project management role in system implementation.2 - 3 year experience in implementing Technology solutions in Supply Chain, especially in warehousing (i.e. SAP WM, Manhattan, JDA), transportation, replenishment, preferably in a Omnichannel Retail environment.
