You will support dedicated sales cases and contribute to the project’s successful start.During the project execution phase, you will take overall responsibility for the project — covering the design and delivery of the complete passenger information system, including software together with interfaces, and serial production readiness — ensuring that quality, scope, schedule, customer satisfaction, contractual and financial objectives are achieved. Managing customer relationship is also a vital part of the project manager’s role in dedicated projects.You will serve as the primary point of contact for both customers and internal teams, fostering clear communication, alignment, and collaboration across all stakeholders. In this role, you’ll also proactively manage risks, changes, and opportunities to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.Your Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects following the Teleste Project Management Process, including hosting gate reviews and managing follow-up actionsPlan, execute, and monitor project activities to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budgetContract management of the projectManage risks and changes proactively — identifying, mitigating, and resolving issuesCoordinate internal teams (e.g. hardware, software, testing, sourcing, documentation, finance, logistics, production) to ensure seamless collaborationConduct weekly customer meetings to report progress, handle change requests, and align on schedulesMaintain daily communication with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of action itemsOversee financial planning and control, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting together with business control and other team members Ensuring customer on time invoicing and payments according to the contractual milestones.Ensure quality and completeness of project documentation together with organizationManage subcontractors, including contracts, deliverables, and performanceWhat We Expect From YouTo succeed in this role, you should bring solid experience in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects in an international environment.Requirements5+ years of experience as a Project Manager working directly with international customersProven track record managing projects combining hardware and software development with teams of 10+ peopleKnowledge in requirement management tools and methodologiesExperience in contract management, negotiation and change managementExperience with project financial planning and budget control.Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting processesProficiency in project scheduling and critical path management, preferably using MS ProjectGreat communication skillsStrong people and leadership skillsStrong stakeholder management skillsStrong English communication skills, both written and verbal (other language skills are a plus)Experience with risk management Our Team and Ways of WorkingYou’ll be part of our Project Management Office (PMO) — a team of skilled Project Managers who support one another in tackling challenges and sharing best practices.You will collaborate closely with hardware and software development, testing, manufacturing, product management, finance, documentation, quality, sourcing, service and logistics to ensure project success.Our projects are highly international and built to meet demanding industry standards for operational safety and reliability.
