Opportunity Overview Project Manager / Customer Engagement ManagerBuild relationships with strategic semiconductor customer management/engineeringLead customer escalations and communicate containment and improvement plans with all levels of customer management and engineering  Work with Sustaining Engineering and Product Support groups for technical issue resolution Develop reliability improvement plans for customer sites and platforms.Work directly with Factory and Suppliers to drive RCCATranslate Voice Of the Customer, into prioritized requirements.Frequent travel to semiconductor customer sites and Teradyne field officesDemonstrated analytical skills and capacity for developing and understanding strategy.
