Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction from initial design through to completion and handover. You will also lead initiatives to continuously improve project delivery while driving efficiency and profitability.Key Responsibilities:Acting as the main interface with clients for design, operational, and financial mattersTaking full ownership of project P&LProducing and distributing accurate monthly internal financial reports to senior leadershipPreparing detailed financial documentation for each projectCreating monthly client-facing reports for internal reviewCoordinating design, production, material procurement, and supply chain activities in line with project timelinesManaging internal resources and third-party suppliers to ensure project deliveryOverseeing project handover documentation and ensuring contractual complianceEnsuring adherence to all health & safety and quality assurance standardsLeading internal team updates and meetingsTransferring all manufacturer warranties to the contracts team upon completionMaintaining alignment with published Quality Management SystemsWhat We're Looking For:Significant experience in telecommunications infrastructure and cabling deploymentsStrong background in project planning and coordinationWillingness to travel and be present on-site as requiredConfident presenter, able to communicate clearly and effectively with clientsAdaptability to manage new services and technologiesSkilled at overseeing complex, multi-site projectsProven ability to motivate and develop project teamsDemonstrated success in delivering projects under formal subcontract agreements
