Business: Project Manager for Packaging BusinessMain Purpose of the job:Project Leadership:Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and monitor progress across multiple workstreams.Drive initiatives and alignment with stakeholders.Build relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate collaboration and support for initiatives.Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.Reduce Operational Complexity:By analyzing and streamlining existing processes, the Project Manager will improve efficiency, reduce redundancies, and accelerate time to market.Performance Measurement and ReportingCreate a framework for measuring the success of packaging initiatives over the long term, including customer satisfaction, market share, and profitability.Conduct cost-benefit analysis and business cases for packaging changes.Track and report savings, operational efficiencies, and environmental impact improvements.Benchmark market trends and competitor packaging strategies.Packaging Optimization:Identify and implement opportunities for packaging cost reduction, standardization, and complexity reduction.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and research and development teams to ensure alignment and maximize market impact.Support packaging innovation to enhance consumer experience and brand differentiation.Qualifications:5 – 8 years of experience in project management, sales, marketing, or operations within the packaging industry.Proven track record of driving integrated strategies and managing cross-functional projects.Fluency in English.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within internal and external stakeholders.In-depth understanding of packaging products, including canned, paper and flexible packaging would be an advantage.
