Project Manager – International TransformationLocation: Flexible within Europe (occasional travel to Frankfurt)Industry: Strategy & ConsultingAbout the Role Join a dynamic Strategy & Transformation team for a recently acquired PE-backed Business Services firm, where you will be responsible for driving international transformation initiatives for a global organisation recently acquired by a large-cap PE investor. The team works closely with senior leadership across the fund and business to optimise international operations, enhance performance, and shape the future through strategic commercial and operations projects.What You’ll DoLead strategic and operational projects within the international transformation programAnalyse processes and identify improvement opportunities across the value chainManage projects end-to-end (time, budget, quality)Guide internal teams through conception, piloting, and implementation phasesConduct data-driven analyses and develop KPIs to validate hypothesesPrepare and facilitate workshops and management meetingsDesign and implement communication, training, and change management conceptsSupport the development of internal employees in project management skillsWhat We’re Looking For3-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or in-house consultingProven experience in project or workstream managementStrong analytical, organisational, and communication skillsAbility to manage complex topics independently and confidentlyProficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)Fluent German and very good English skillsWillingness to travel occasionally within Europe
