About the RoleThe Project Manager / Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing integration delivery initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between business, infrastructure, and technical teams. This role requires a strong balance of leadership, communication, and delivery discipline, ensuring that integration projects meet business objectives while maintaining governance, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.Responsibilities:Project Delivery & LeadershipLead and manage the backlog, development, and support for an integration-focused development and support pod (team size: 2–5 members).Define and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.Manage and track project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies.Conduct regular project reviews, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure alignment, quality, and continuous improvement.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with Business SMEs to gather requirements, prioritize work items, and align deliverables with business goals.Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.Manage vendor and third-party relationships, ensuring deliverables meet expectations and contractual terms.Governance & ReportingEnsure adherence to PMO standards, governance frameworks, and change control processes.Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to leadership and clients.Manage project documentation including charters, risk logs, RAID registers, and closure reports.Technical & Operational OversightCollaborate with Infrastructure and InfoSec teams to ensure all designs are compliant with security and operational standards.Oversee and manage ServiceNow queues for in-scope applications, ensuring effective support orchestration.Partner with the Integrations Technical Lead to deliver ESB integrations, coordinate deliverables, and align with long-term integration roadmaps.Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, communication, and collaboration across business and technical teams.Skills & Experience:Strong technology literacy and understanding of integration and cloud ecosystems (this is not a hands-on development role).Proven experience in delivering complex IT and business change projects, ideally within enterprise environments.Expertise in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional leadership. Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical outcomes, manage ambiguity, and balance multiple priorities.Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.Experience managing cloud-native application/API development and system-to-system integrations, preferably using Microsoft Azure.Strong understanding of project governance, budget control, and risk management frameworks (Agile or hybrid).Fluent in English – both spoken and written.Working Hours: US hours ( 6pm - 3am)
