Project manager We, TVSE, are looking for a highly qualified project manager to help us maintain our position as an innovative engineering company. The ideal candidate will have NPD/NPI experience and strong skills in developing project plans for multiple consumer products. The project manager will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that our goal of innovation is being achieved.Objectives of this roleLead projects from requirements definition through deployment of a Product Life Cycle, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigationWork closely with the cross functional team (CFT) to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivationCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, quality and budgetAnalyse project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be metEstablish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changesResponsibilitiesEstablish and improve estimation methods to arrive the optimum resources for a given project.Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risksDevelop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchersAssign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverablesReport project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work planRequired skills and experience5+ years of experience including 3 years of project management experienceExperience in developing/managing consumer electronics projects using waterfall or agile methodsStrong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelinesProven success working with all levels of managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent presentation skillsPreferred qualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical EngineeringProfessional certification such as PMPGood working knowledge in MS Project , JIRA and MS Office Products ResponsibilitiesSet project timelineMonitor project deliverablesUpdate relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progressCoach and support project team members with tasks you assign themQualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceStrong business acumen in project planning and managementStrong verbal, written, and organizational skills
