With a strategic approach to risk and issue management, we maintain momentum, protect budgets and reputations, and build trust at every project level.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Nerang, QLD. The Project Manager will be required to:Provide high level technical input into planning projects, including advice on planning and design suitability and options. Prepare and deliver submissions and reports relating to planning, technical and OnQ Project Management reports, PAF and federal funding submissions (such as federal PPR’s) Prepare briefs and information sessions for key stakeholders including senior management and Ministers/elected representatives. Project managing the delivery of transport infrastructure projects. Coordinating resources allocated within project teams. Procure and manage contracts for the department to complete planning tasks. Provide support and advice on the planning and design process, to ensure delivery of project outcomes, value for money and best practice are achieved. Request-for-quote 1 Identify, monitor and control project risks.Experience and QualificationsDemonstrated experience in Project Managing for the project planning phase of transport and road infrastructure projects in a state road authority environment.Demonstrated experience in completing On-Q & PAF documentation and detailed understanding of traffic modelling, economic analysis, benefits management and leading estimation. Excellent communication and leadership skills.Knowledge of TMR systems and local knowledge of South Coast District’s transport network desirable. Tertiary qualifications relevant to project management or engineering disciplines desirable.Ability to work on-site in Nerang, QLD.
