You bear full responsibility for the planning, execution, and timely delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and budget. You are the main point of contact for the client, our construction team, and suppliers, seamlessly connecting creative design with practical implementation. What will you do?*  Manage the entire project lifecycle from initial briefing and planning to final installation and handover.*  Create detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, and ensure they are adhered to.*  Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring their satisfaction.*  Lead, coordinate, and motivate on-site construction teams and subcontractors across Europe.*  Manage the procurement of materials and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners.*  Proactively identify and resolve technical and logistical challenges on the spot.*  Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and precision.*  Monitor project finances & control costs. We are looking for someone who:*  Has a proven track record in project management, preferably in (retail) interior construction, shopfitting, or a related technical field.*  Is a strong communicator and negotiator, fluent in Dutch & English (other European languages are a plus).*  Thrives in a dynamic environment and remains calm and decisive under pressure.*  Is highly flexible and willing to travel frequently to project sites internationally.*  Has excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on, can-do mentality.*  Is a team player who can also work independently and take full ownership of their projects.*  Has a relevant degree (e.g., in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Design) or equivalent work experience. What we offer:*  A pivotal and challenging role with significant responsibility and autonomy.*  A diverse portfolio of high-profile projects with leading retail clients across Europe.*  The opportunity to make a direct impact in a growing and ambitious company.*  A competitive salary, travel allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package.*  A supportive, informal, and passionate team that values quality and collaboration.
