With your team, you translate strategic goals and opportunities to practical and tangible project targets.You organize the team with participants from all relevant departments, build a plan, execute the plan while keeping stakeholder and management engaged, and on the edge to support the team’s success. Like any project manager or core team leader role, you rely on your energy, drive and professional passion to motivate your team and achieve the best possible results for the company.We’re looking for someone who leads with empathy at their core, someone who communicates with clarity and warmth, and who naturally inspires others through their guidance.
