Position Title: Project Manager – Mohmand Dam Hydropower Project Location: Mohmand District, Pakistan Employment Type: Full-time Salary & Benefits: Competitive package with benefitsAbout the Role: Wah Nobel Group is seeking a highly experienced Drilling & Blasting Professional to lead operations at the Mohmand Dam Hydropower Project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in blast design, drilling operations, and project management, with the ability to manage a multi-disciplinary team (blasting, drilling, mechanical, warehouse, and admin) to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality results.Qualifications:BS in Mining Engineering or other compatible discipline from an HEC-recognized university (Master’s preferred).Minimum 15 years of proven experience in the drilling and blasting sector, including leadership roles.Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale drilling and blasting projects.Maximum age: 55 years.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise drilling and blasting operations ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.Design, review, and implement safe and effective blast and drill plans.Manage equipment utilization, maintenance, and resource allocation.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.Monitor project progress, prepare performance reports, and ensure regulatory compliance.Promote a strong safety culture and continuous operational improvement.Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skills.Advanced knowledge of drilling, blasting, and safety standards.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Effective communication and coordination with diverse teams.Ability to perform under pressure in challenging environments.📩 Apply now: Send your CV to farrukhmansoor@wahnobel.com
