This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys combining Web project management, analytical thinking, and functional system validation.What You Will LeadEnd-to-end Web project management from planning to delivery.Management of enterprise websites, digital portals, and web-based analytical applications.Oversight of applications containing complex billing logic, calculations, and business rules.Hands-on functional testing, logic verification, and bug identification.Writing and managing detailed functional and technical specifications.Collaboration with development teams and external vendors.Full ownership of budgets, timelines, risks, and resource planning.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in Web or Software Project Management.Proven experience building and maintaining websites or enterprise portals.Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to work with formulas and complex logic.Broad technological understanding of software development, architecture, databases, and cloud.Ability to perform hands-on validation, troubleshooting, and logical QA.Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management.High-level English (written and spoken).Preferred SkillsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience implementing Chatbots or conversational AI.Ability to create UX/UI wireframes (Axure, Adobe, Figma).Background in software development.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SaaS, Cloud, and AI/ML environments.About the RoleThis is a strategic role reporting directly to the Deputy CIO. You will lead digital transformation through high-impact Web initiatives and analytical systems requiring precision, logic, and hands-on validation.
