Job DescriptionCreate your best future and join our Private Wealth team as a Project Manager.What’s the role?As the Project Manager you will successfully deliver complex wealth/investments product initiatives, ensuring alignment to business goals and delivering within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets. This is a two-year max-term role based in Sydney, in which you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the business. You will be responsible for driving project vision, execution, and team performance to deliver on strategic objectives aligned to our wealth strategy. It’s fast-paced, high-impact, and perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, managing complexity, and making things happen.What do I need?Previous demonstrated experience in either Private Wealth or Investment products.Ability to define and manage evolving project scope, ensuring expected outcomes and benefits remain clear while assessing impacts to cost, time, quality, and riskStrong risk and issue management capability, with the ability to identify, escalate, and resolve risks early to keep delivery on trackExperience providing clear, actionable reporting to senior leadership, enabling informed decisions through transparent progress, risk, and financial insightsWell-developed stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and business leaders across all levelsUnderstanding of product and transformation governance programs and ability to apply governance processes with clear roles, decisions, and escalation pathways Familiarity and compliance with frameworks such as the Project Execution Framework (PEFM), Agile Execution Framework (AEF), and Solution Engineering Lifecycle (SELC Advance Atlassian (JIRA/Confluence) experience and Scrum Master Certified is highly desirable Why join us?We’re obsessed with becoming our customers' #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
