[ Open for both Thais and Expats ]Role: Project ManagerLocation: BTS chong nonsi / BTS Saladaeng / MRT Samyan ( Hybrid work )[ Your Future Responsibilities ]Major role as Project ManagerDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with customer expectations.Planning and overseeing all aspects of system integration projects, from inception to completion.Creating and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.Leading cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirements.Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project deliverables meet their expectations. Ensuring that project documentation is up-to-date, complete, and accurate.Managing project changes and communicating these changes to relevant stakeholders.Leading project status meetings and preparing reports and presentationsDesign and execute the survey data collection process for the Professional service team to ensure the comments/feedback are well collected and analyzedHolding a minor role as Technical Account Manager for a specific named accountActs as a primary point of contact/trusted advisor, helping clients leverage technology to meet their business goals and ensure client satisfaction Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their IT needs Working with our professional service team, distributor, and vendor to provide in-depth technical knowledge and support to clientsEffectively communicating technical information and updates to both clients and internal teams.Guide clients on technical best practicesIdentify when there are new opportunities to grow the account [ Qualifications ]Education in Computer Engineering/Science, and IT-related fields.2+ years of Hands-on technical experience with network and cybersecurity implementation projects3+ years of Network or cybersecurity project management experience.Holding a Network/ Cybersecurity/ Cloud Security Certified Network Security Engineer is a plusGood communication and presentation skillsGood interpersonal skills with a mature personality to maintain professionalismGood team player, problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skillsExcellent in English language skillsWorking under high pressure and limited resources.
