In developing complex IoT solutions, Yukon Group integrates the latest technologies, advanced engineering solutions, and artificial intelligence-driven image processing software.Available vacancy in our office Vilnius:Project Manager (Electro-optical devices) We are looking to hire a Project Manager who will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of product development initiatives from project kickoff through delivery and post-release follow-up. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities across cross-functional teams, ensuring timelines, scope, and dependencies are clearly defined and controlled. By proactively identifying risks, managing execution progress, and maintaining transparent communication, you will ensure alignment between business objectives, technical teams, and delivery commitments throughout the project lifecycle.Responsibilities:Coordinate execution of product development projects in collaboration with the Technical LeadCreate, maintain, and track tasks, timelines, and dependencies in JiraMonitor task progress, statuses, and deadlines across cross-functional teamsIdentify delays, blockers, and schedule risks, and proactively escalate themForecast milestone and phase completion dates based on execution statusPrepare and maintain clear project status reports and execution visibilityEnsure clear communication, alignment, and collaboration between all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Support continuous improvement of project execution processes by identifying lessons learned and driving better planning and delivery practicesRequirements:Bachelor's degree, computer science, electronics engineering or related specialty is preferred.At least 2–5+ years of experience in project coordination, delivery management, or project control roles.Experience working in product development projects, preferably involving hardware, electronics, or complex technical systemsExperience supporting projects with cross-functional teams (RnD, manufacturing, QA, supply chain)Experience identifying execution risks (delays, blockers) and escalating them appropriatelyPractical experience with Jira (task creation, workflows, dashboards, reporting) or similar planning toolsWritten and verbal Russian, English - Level B1+.We offer:Salary from 4000 to 5300 EUR (with monthly bonus included) before taxes.Annual Bonus paid according to personal annual goals upon completion of a year of employment.Training compensation and opportunities to acquire most up-to-date knowledge to increase your skills and competencies.Friendly international team.Participation in various internal projects, social-cultural programs and entertainment events organized by the company.Send your CV to: hr@yukonww.comOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted about further procedure of personnel placement.FB: facebook.com/PulsarVisionIG: instagram.com/pulsar.visionYT: youtube.com/pulsarvisionWEB: yukongroup.eu
