The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards, while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:·      Project Management: Plan and manage the full project lifecycle, defining scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements to achieve project goals.·      Resource Coordination: Coordinate suppliers and resources to ensure efficient allocation and smooth project execution.·      Team Management: Build and manage project teams, define roles, motivate members, and enhance team cohesion and performance.·      Progress Monitoring: Track project progress in real time, identify and resolve issues, and adjust plans to meet deadlines.·      Quality & Safety: Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and company standards, oversee acceptance procedures, and manage on-site safety operations.·      Customer Relations: Communicate effectively with clients, provide project updates, understand requirements, and maintain high satisfaction.·      Other Duties: Handle tasks assigned by senior management and support business development, including marketing activities.Requirements·      Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical Design & Manufacturing, Electrical Design & Manufacturing, Project Management, Engineering Management, or related fields.·      Experience with SAP ERP or willingness to learn.·      Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.·      Effective communication with vendors, clients, and colleagues.·      Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.·      Basic knowledge of quality, safety, and health standards.·      Proficient in Dutch and English; Chinese is a plusLocation: Rotterdam, NetherlandsEmployment type: Full-time (40 hrs/week)Department: Project After ServiceERP system: SAP ERPApplicants must possess a valid Dutch residence permit or IDTo Apply:Please send your resume and cover letter to hrm@zpmc.eu
