Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Christiansted. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting projects, managing inspections, overseeing logistics, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of experience managing commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction projects • Proven ability to lead field teams, subcontractors, and vendors • Strong understanding of construction documents, codes, and permitting processes • Proficient in project management software (e. g. , Procore, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite • Solid skills in budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skillsPreferred Experience: • Heavy civil or vertical construction in island or remote environments • Experience with concrete, steel, and structural systems
