We’re working with a rapidly growing company in Cork seeking a Senior Project Manager Consultant to help them build a stronger, more scalable project management foundation from the ground up. The OpportunityThis is a hands-on, short-term consulting role (3+ months) with the potential for impact at a strategic level.

You’ll conduct a full review of existing project management processes and lead the design and early-stage implementation of a framework tailored for a regulated, automation-driven environment. Key ResponsibilitiesReview & Analyse: Evaluate current project management tools, processes, and methodologiesDesign & Recommend: Propose best-practice solutions aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and FDA QSRImplement: Lead the rollout of new processes, including training and change managementEngage:

Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to embed new ways of workingWhat You’ll Bring✔ 10+ years in senior project management roles, ideally within medical device manufacturing✔ Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820)✔ Experience with automation-heavy environments✔ Strong consultancy mindset:
