What’s ours is yours, so check us out online at xAmplify.com.auOUR ROLEThe Program and Change stream of our Business Transformation Team is anticipated to grow rapidly over the coming months, therefore we are seeking skilled Project Managers to join our team and support a range of our projects across all capability areas including ServiceNow, TechnologyOne, Technology Services, Cyber, Data & AI and Strategic Advisory. These roles will support our internal projects, whilst also delivering directly to our clients. From day 1, you will jump right in, roll up your sleeves and demonstrate your ability to:Deliver end-to-end project management activities, from initiation and day to day implementation delivery, to post implementation a support Oversee delivery to key project timelines, schedules and milestones, ensuring alignment to project scopeMaintain a strong focus on high quality project activities and deliverablesManage the associated project budget ensuring all forecasts and reporting are completed and updated on a regular basisPrepare and maintain core project artefacts and documentationPartner with the General Managers of our capabilities and our National Resource Manager to ensure effective resource allocationImplement and oversee governance and risk frameworks and reporting, ensuring regular identification and mitigation strategies for any and all project risksContribute to continuous improvement processesComplete regular status reports and project reporting to both the xAmplify team and key client stakeholderCollaborate and engage with key client stakeholders to ensure project alignment and effective communication to drive delivery and project excellenceKEY DETAILSCurrently our Project Managers operate predominantly to our Federal Government and Defence client base, therefore we are seeking candidates with Australian citizenship and a current baseline or higher AGSVA Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one If however you have Australian Permanent Residency or other Applicable Visa, you will be able to work to our Private Sector client base. This client base is still growing for us, so we may prioritise candidates that have the ability to work across our Federal Government and Defence client base first These roles will be full time, with contract engagements only considered in specific project circumstancesSalary with be negotiable based on experience but we are looking within a range of $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 total remuneration package (base + super)These roles will operate in a hybrid model from the xAmplify Canberra or Sydney office and/or client site as required, whilst also providing you the opportunity to work from homeCommencement date on these roles will vary based on project commencement and candidate availability, so if your looking for an opportunity now, in 3 or 6 months time, connect with us today and share your experience with us! YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEDemonstrated experience in a Project Manager role, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you have shown your ability to manage all aspects of the project lifecycle including planning, forecasting, budgets and deliveryKnowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile (Scrum, SaFE), PRINCE2 / MSPExperience working within a large multi-team, technology projects will be highly regardedPrevious experience in or strong knowledge of ServiceNow or TechnologyOne will be highly regard, but is also not a deal breaker if your experience in technology projects is extensivePrevious experience working to Federal Government or Defence clients and projects will be highly regarded Excellent communication skills – including written, verbal and presentation as you will be developing reports, presenting at key meetingsExperience using JIRA and Confluence is desirable, but not essentialDemonstrated stakeholder and client engagements skills, with the ability to deal with various stakeholders and translate their needs into a complete solutionA high level of organisation, time management with the ability to adapt and respond promptly to changing and competing priorities at short noticeStrong analytical problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to think laterally and propose solutionsExcellent client relationship building and management skills, with the ability to deal with various stakeholders and translate their needs into a complete solutionSelf-starting, with the ability to drive your own actions, whilst also working as part of a teamWhy Work with Us?In 2024 and 2025, xAmplify was proudly recognised as a Great Place to Work, reflecting our dedication to fostering an exceptional workplace for our team.
