The RoleReporting to the Development Manager and Project Director, you will work with an experienced development team and be involved from the initial planning stages through to delivery, sale, and settlement of lots. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:Project administration, reporting and project cost control managementPreparation of project briefs in accordance with the project feasibilityEstablishing project budgets and managing the financial performance of projectsAssist in the preparation and lodgement of development approvals and other required authority approvalsAttend Project Control Group meetingsAssisting with the project completion phase and subsequent project handover The Like MindIf you’ve already had a taste of the property or urban development world and are ready to take the next step, this is a great opportunity to do so with one of the market leaders in the industry.
