As our Project Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring that project schedules are not only created but also work in practice. You will be the key link between project teams and successful project execution, making strong communication and co-operation skills essential.Main Responsibilities:Schedule shipbuilding projects by leveraging previous project data, building methods, and customer timelines, while considering constraints and dependencies.Take full ownership of the planning process, ensuring schedules are realistic and executable.Cooperate closely with project teams, providing support, guidance, and coordination to ensure smooth project execution.Develop tools and methods to streamline scheduling processes and enhance efficiency.Collaborate with teams to gather feedback and insights for ongoing improvement of planning practices.Actively contribute to lessons learned procedures to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.Required Skills & Competencies:Experience in project planning or the shipbuilding industry is preferred; both are highly valued.Proficiency in planning software such as Microsoft Project or equivalent.Excellent communication and co-operation skills, with the ability to work effectively in both German and English.Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.Technical knowledge is advantageous for understanding project intricacies.High attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling and resource allocation.Ability to create reports and analyses from collected data.Strong teamwork skills.Ability to perform well under pressure.Due to operational requirements, we are only able to hire candidates who currently live in Germany and hold a permanent work permit.Why Join Us?
