JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY The Planning manager (PPM – Project Planning Manager), under the authority of the Chief Vehicle Engineer, is in charge of the Project timing objectives achievement by carrying out the actions necessary to their elaboration, consolidation and management :Implement and coordinate the general and detailed (by phase) scheduling of the project /program to ensure timing consistency in execution Build and monitor the list of means for validation with their scheduling, manufacturing and delivery to customersManage the commercial launch plan (volumes and dates) with the Brand(s), the Plant(s) and the Purchasing Department, Lead the convergence to resources budget (headcounts and means) and manage all action plans to respect it Target : ensure project / program execution at due date aligned with the Contract general schedule, with the committed headcounts & means budget. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESBuilds the project/program master (general) schedule in accordance with the Stellantis Product Development Process (PDP)Defines, coordinates and monitors the stakeholders’ activities/deliverables involved in the project and ensures consistency with the master scheduleDefines and implements the project Launch Plan i.e. launch dates, mix and volumes for all destinationsBuilds with the suitable stakeholders the detailed convergence of the project/programvalidation plan according to the allocated Means budgetMonitors the pre-series means from their inventory to their delivery to the customers (complete and partial means, additional parts list)Manages the project validation pool of vehiclesLeads with the project/program stakeholders the project contract convergence for headcount and meansAllocates the pluri annual headcount budget according to project schedule. For a program, does the breakdown for each project. Monitors the project progress and sets up action plan with the project team in case of deviation on deliverables, timing or headcountDefines and sets up the tool IT environment for project timing management (IT structure, milestones,…)Operationally manages the planning specialists assigned on the project /programCoordinates, for each project phase the following monitoring processes: roadmap, standard week, preparation phase workshops and milestone planningMonitors the right level of vehicle codification per build phase with Engineering departmentsElaborates and manages preventive or curative action plans necessary to the achievement of time - resources objectives, leaning on a formalized risks analysis procedure in relation with Project Quality Manager.Applies project management processes and procedures, coordinates the lesson learned per phase for continuous improvement in the planning skills COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Engineer/ MASTER DEGREEWork Experience: >10 years in planning management in the automotive sector.Language: Arabe, French & EnglishPreferred Skills & Abilities: Target focused, transversal Management, Communication, Teamwork.Personal Traits: Disciplined, AgileKEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPSWith Brands/ Regions for the standard and option list (mix and product content) and the program readiness for the commercial launchWith Platforms, Modules, Sub systems engineering departments for the convergence and management of planning, human resources and meansWith all stakeholders (Industrial & logistics, metafunctions, purchasing, quality,…) to define and confirm before industrial phase i.e. before X0R and MPRM, the adequate staffing (onboarding dates and skills) of key positions.At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.We welcome applications from people of all gender identities, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation and disability.
